새롭게 리마스터링하여 SACD와 LP로 발매하고 있는 데카의 파바로티 오페라 녹음 시리즈입니다. 리마스터링 결과에 대한 평이 상당히 좋은 편이죠. 이번에는 푸치니의 마지막 작품 〈투란도트〉입니다. 주빈 메타가 지휘를 맡아 거의 50년 간 〈투란도트〉의 탑 초이스 반열에 올라 있는 전설적인 녹음 중 하나입니다.
